When you submit a form on easycharge.in, we may collect:

• City or location preference
• Message or enquiry content
• Form type (e.g. franchise enquiry, partnership, app notify)
• Source page and submission timestamp (auto-filled)

We also collect analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Pixel — including page views, session data, and conversion events. These tools use cookies and device identifiers. See Section 3.

• To respond to franchise, partnership, and general enquiries
• To send launch-related notifications you explicitly opted into

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for profiling beyond the purpose stated above.

EasyCharge uses Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel on all pages of this website. These third-party tools set cookies on your device to track usage patterns. You can opt out of GA4 tracking via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser's cookie settings.

4. Third-Party Processors

• Google Sheets / Google Workspace — Form submission data is stored in a private Google Spreadsheet accessible only to authorised EasyCharge team members.
• Google Analytics 4 — Anonymous usage analytics. Data processed by Google LLC under their Privacy Policy.
• Meta Pixel — Conversion tracking. Data processed by Meta Platforms Inc. under their Data Policy.

5. Data Retention

Form submission data is retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the stated purpose (franchise onboarding, partnership follow-up, etc.) or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request erasure of your personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time
